Please support my crafting challenge for Saoirse Domestic Violence Services
I'm raising funds for Saoirse Domestic Violence Services. This cause matters deeply to me – and I’d be so grateful if you could donate.
Saoirse is a charity close to my heart that helps women and children escape domestic violence.
All funds raised support Saoirse's life-saving and life-changing services – including refuge accommodation, 24/7 helpline, counselling, and children's services.
I hope you can help me by donating whatever you can. Thank you for supporting me and supporting Saoirse.

Slow progress but some progress
Sunday 31st May I had great plans to get a couple of hours crochet done every evening over the last couple of weeks so that I would have a lot of the hours and project done before a blast of crochet today. Great plans and all that though, it has been a busy couple of weeks and not much time or energy for crochet, so I have a number of hours under the belt but nowhere near the 24 hours of crafting completed yet. So far, first project is underway but oh so many ends to tie in when I start to piece them together. Really hope they turn out as planned. Thank you again for all of the amazing support. Xx

Super charity - what will I make?
Tuesday 5th May Thank you for visiting my page and and even bigger thank you to anyone who might consider donating. Anyone who knows me knows that I love to do crafts but haven’t been doing too much crafting in the last while. What better reason to get my craft on than to support the wonderful charity, Saoirse. I had a mild panic when I initially saw the craft challenge being 24 hours. Memories of teenage me attending 24 hour marathon sports events (I know, right? Me and sports in the same sentence! Haha!) and trying to survive an overnight with no sleep. If it nearly killed me as a teenager, how can this perimenopause woman manage? Then I breathed a sigh of relief when I read that I can break it into several days. So with my trust craft cabin at hand and my vast craft supplies in stock, I just have to decide what to make and what to do with the items I make. I’ll likely try to pick up the crochet hook again but will probably do some beaded jewellery too. If anyone has any reasonable and not too complicated suggestions, please let me know. Thanks again for your support. OrnaThank you to my donors
